Every athlete is expected to make a $300 contribution to the team.

Athletes coming from other sports are expected to contirbute $150.

We offer various options to reducing your team fee below.

Our Fundraisers

What is Blast?

Blast is a fundraising site, similar to GoFundMe. It is designed specifically for school sports and club teams. They provide the most return on donations at 84%. Donations can be made to individual athletes through the link below. (Link Here) When donating, the athlete must be selected to receive credit for the donation.

We strongly encourage athletes to raise funds through Blast, as it will reduce their total team donation cost.

This fundraiser is open periodically throughout the fall and spring semesters.

Snack Shack Donation

Our team hosts roughly 13 meets every track season. Snack Shack sales provide us with additional revenue for maintaining and improving our program. A big contributing factor in being able to benefit from having a Snack Shack at our meets is the contribution from parents and athletes with supplies.

We would like it if parents could make a financial donation by supplying our snack shack with snack items or by donating some of their time to help assist run the snack shack.

Worlds Finest Chocolates

Our World's Finest Chocolates fundraiser is a common fundraiser among school teams and clubs. Athletes are given a box of chocolates totaling 60 chocolates and are asked to sell them at $1 a chocolate. Once they sell the entire box, the athlete will then deposit the money into the ASB Bookkeeper window.

This year, selling chocolates is optional and will only serve to reduce the total team donation amount. We strongly encourage athletes to take boxes of chocolates if they wish to reduce their team donation fee.

While each box nets $60, the team makes approximately $20 per box sold. Athletes are able to take up to 5 boxes (all of which will be picked up at once).

Athletes will need to sign up to take chocolates if they wish to sell them.

You will have two weeks to sell the boxes. Please only commit to the number of boxes you are confident you can sell within that time. If the money is not turned in after the two-week period, $60.00 will be charged to your ASB account per box taken.

Snack Shack Volunteering

Our team hosts roughly 13 meets every track season. Snack Shack sales provide us with additional revenue for maintaining and improving our program. A big contributing factor in being able to benefit from having a Snack Shack at our meets is the contribution from parents and athletes with their time.

We are attempting to provide parents and athletes with options to reduce their team donation fees. We are offering shifts for parents/guardians (age 24+) in which their athlete's team fee can be reduced.

Parents/Guardians are encouraged to volunteer and help at our home meets by working in the Ticket Booth or Snack Shack.

Sign up to work a 2-hour shift at one of our ten (10) home meets

For each 2-hour shift worked, the athlete will receive a $25.00 credit

A maximum of 4 volunteer sign-ups per athlete (up to $100.00 total credit)
