Arrive to Practice on time.
You have 15 minutes from the time passing period starts to get changed and be seated on the field
Team Meeting
Pay attention!! If you miss key information, you may be left out from key events.
Warms Ups
Excellent time to use the restrooms
RESTROOM BREAKS
Restrooms will be open during the warm up period, this will be the best time to use the restroom.
Avoid using the restroom during workouts when possible.
Do NOT use restroom behind the stadium. The restrooms on the visitor side by the 200m mark will be open. (if not, let a coach know and we will open them).
INJURIES
Following the initial meeting, line up along the fence and report to Coach Gleason your injury.
Report to your event coach your injuries after talking to Coach Gleason.
CARDIO ROOM
You may not be in the cardio room unless first get approval from Coach Gleason and your event coach.
You need approval every day!
