Entry through the ticketbooth. Spectators will receive a wristband (unlimited entry).

Competitors and Spectators will be asked to pay upon entering through the ticket booth. No online payment this year.
Athlete Waiver (Link Here)
All athletes will be required to sign a waiver to compete. Athletes under 18 must have a parent signature on the liability waiver in order to compete.
Relay Teams
Relay teams will be free. Pre-registration of teams is ideal.
Event Registration

We highly recommend that athletes register online for their events. We will be creating heats based on seed times.
​
Athletes registering in person on the day of can register for their events by heading to the registration tents located on the field by the finish line.
​​
Please register for all events upon signing up.
Arrive early, as there will be long lines to enter.
​
Please arrive early so we may place you in the appropriate heats. EXPECT LONG LINES.
Parking
Parking will be FREE.
The stadium (northern) parking lot will be open. Additional parking in the southern parking lot, as well as parking along Lakewood and 3rd Street or city parking around the school.

Bus Parking: Parking off Lakewood Blvd and 3rd Street (Baseball Field)

Athlete Info
Check-in
Athletes will be asked to check in during the first call to receive their hip number, heat, and lane assignment.
Clerk of the Course
Located in the end zone in front of the jumbotron.
All runners will be given a hip number to place on the left side of their chest as well as the left side of their hip.

Announcements will be made over the intercom regarding first, second and final call. Please be attentive to avoid missing your race.
Warm-Up Area
Athletes will be allowed to warm up in the in-field or by the softball fields on the east side of the stadium.
Results
Official results will be posted by the end of the day on athletic.net. Live results will be available on AthleticLive, accessible through the meet page on athletic.net. Results will also be visible on the Jumbotron.
Heats
Athletes will be seeded in heats based on their seed mark. Heats will be slowest to fastest. Heats will be viewable on the day of the meet online through AthleticLive (https://live.athletic.net/meet-list).
Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) will be used for all running events.

The infield is Sprint-Turf with all weather 9 lane track. No food is allowed on the field. No awards will be given, but competitors will receive time and a mark.

COSTUME RELAY

Our meet will follow a rolling schedule, meaning the next event will begin immediately after the last event ends.
If an event has no entries, we will immediately seed the next event.
This year, we will be introducing a costume relay to end the night.
We will be accepting entries for this relay on the day of the meet. Please register your team at the registration tent. Relay teams can be mixed. Come up with a team name!!

Restrooms
Restrooms are available at the back of the home side stadium as well as at the entrance of the visitor side bleachers.
Concession stand
Located on the home side stadium snack shack for morning coffee, light breakfast, snacks, and lunch.
